Veröffentlicht aus Gründen der öffentlichen Konsultation
in der Absicht, Richtlinien festzulegen, welche in einer neuen
Rechtsurkunde des Europarates zu inkludieren sind.
»Das CDBI hat die Veröffentlichung des Dokumentes
genehmigt, dessen Inhalt in diesem Stadium nur das Ergebnis
der Arbeitsgruppe von Experten darstellt. Die darin enthaltenen
Auffassungen müssen daher nicht notwendigerweise die endgültige
Position des CDBI, des Ministerkomitees des Europarates oder
seiner Mitgliedsstaaten widerspiegeln.« (Europarat)

June 1, 2004: The Council of Europe Bioethics Steering Committee
(CDBI) has submitted the final
draft to the Committee of Ministers. No open, public hearing,
no consultation, nothing the former president of CDBI promised.
